I just mentioned Masahiko Okubo yesterday in the post about Grim‘s upcoming EU show, that he will join as a live support member, but his own solo project, Linekraft is also coming out with a new recording soon. Titled Subhuman Principle, the album deals with one of the darkest chapters of Asia’s 20th century history, Cambodia’s time as “Democractic Kampuchea” between 1975 and 1979, when the country was ruled by the communist Khmer Rouge and which resulted in the death of millions. The album will be released as a vinyl LP by Germany’s Tesco Organization on the 15th of June, in a limited edition of 300 copies. Pre-orders are up on the label’s website.
